The Provacell P12 delivers over 350 cranking amps, almost double that of its lead-acid equivalent. This battery is capable of delivering over 1,500 starts, more than twice that of a lead-acid equivalent. With no sulfation and no maintenance required, you'll get over double the life of a lead-acid battery too.
Fitment
Using the same casing as its lead-acid equivalents, the P12 is a direct replacement. The shock-absorbing spacers included allow you match legacy battery sizes. The spacers reduce vibrations, extending the life of your battery and reducing the chances of loose terminal connections. This battery measures Length: 150mm, Width: 66mm, Height (inc. Terminals): 130mm
Battery Management System
The active battery management system balances charge to each of the cells to ensure maximum starting performance and a longer life.

Weighing just 1.1kg, the P12 is up to 4kg lighter than a standard lead-acid battery.
Charging
If you use a trickle charger, it must be lithium capable. A standard lead-acid charger will not read the battery properly and will overcharge or try and apply a desulfation mode. A lithium-capable charger, like the Provacell HyperCharge has been designed to rapidly recharge all battery types, including lead-acid and lithium, car or motorcycle.
If your lithium battery has lost charge, just 20-minutes of charge will - in most cases - provide enough starting power. Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
